Here are the othe non-traditional plans we have on file and most of these have been built.  These plans include bi-level homes - homes on a slab - duplexes - and other plans that would be considered non traditional.  All of these plans can be custimized to fit your lifestlye and increased or decreased in square footage to meet your specific needs.  If you don't see what you are looking for online please contact us!

Bi-level homes are usually that least expensive homes to build because the lower level is 1/2 in the ground and half out of the ground making for a less expensive foundation cost.  Also with a bi-level you can finish the upper level and then in the future finish the lower level which also cuts down on the up front cost.
